Full Metal Panic! Rumored Continuation
For four long years fans of the Action/Comedy anime series, "Full Metal Panic", have held onto a small glimmer of hope that one day the series may continue. This may be the moment the fans have waited for. Read on-
Recently on myanimelist.net, a user mentioned a woman named Ms.Miyazaki, who works at a secondhand manga store in Mandarake. The woman apparently leaked in a web column that a new season of Full Metal Panic is underway. Not sure, she stated that the new season is "probably" related to the original story of the novel, and that it will have a more serious tone unlike the Fumoffu series.
All we can do now is wait and see. I would love to see another FMP anime adaption, but if it is based on a different story than the original anime and manga, I feel that it would be difficult for fans to accept, being that I feel that FMP is amazing because of the characters, the way they are represented, and the events around them.
Now it's time to play the game we all hate. "Wait and see." ~_~
